Align Design Co. is a founder-led interior design studio based in Toronto, offering residential and commercial interior design services across the GTA, Canada, and select locations internationally.
Our residential work ranges from individual spaces and renovations of all scales to full-home transformations and custom builds. From space planning and architectural details to materials, millwork, lighting, and finishes, we consider the space as a whole to create something functional, cohesive, and individual to the people who live there. For full-service projects, our involvement continues through implementation, collaborating with contractors, trades, and suppliers to help ensure the design is carried through as intended.
For commercial and hospitality spaces, we bring that same thoughtful approach to the experience of a business. With a particular interest in wellness, hospitality, retail, and other experience-driven commercial spaces, we consider not only how a space looks and functions, but how people feel and interact within it.
Whether designing a home or a business, our approach begins with understanding the people the space is being created for and what we ultimately want that space to help them experience.
Support is offered in two ways. The Full Align provides full-service interior design for residential, commercial, and hospitality renovations and custom builds, from initial concept through design development and implementation. The Align Method offers three levels of virtual design support for clients looking for professional direction and a clear design plan they can implement themselves.

Breanna’s path to interior design combines formal design training with a background in marketing and branding. That experience continues to influence the way she approaches design today, particularly with her attention to how a space communicates identity, creates an experience, and connects with the people it’s designed for.

Whether it’s a home, café, hotel, restaurant, or wellness space, Breanna has always been interested in the way our surroundings shape how we feel and experience a space. Between her work in interior design and her experience with home staging, she has had the opportunity to see many different homes and ways of living. What she has learned is that we don’t always realize how much our environments are affecting us, or see the potential in the spaces we’re surrounded by every day.
That’s one of the things Breanna loves most about being a designer. She can walk into a space and start seeing what could be different; how it could function better, feel better, and become something the client may not have envisioned themselves. She loves the problem-solving side of design, but equally important to her is the creativity: creating spaces that feel thoughtful and cohesive, but also artful, interesting, and individual to the people they’re being designed for.
The design process is a journey, and part of that experience is getting to know her clients, understanding their vision and needs, and developing a design that feels individual to them. Breanna is detail-oriented, hands-on, and cares deeply about communication throughout that process.
She is always left feeling inspired and genuinely grateful that, through design, she gets to create spaces that have an impact on her clients and the people who ultimately experience them.

How do I know which design service is right for my project?
Start with a complimentary Discovery Call. We’ll discuss your project, goals, and the level of support you’re looking for, and I’ll recommend the service or package that best aligns with your needs.
Do you offer both in-person and virtual design services?
Yes. Full-service interior design includes in-person consultation and on-site involvement throughout the design process as required. The Align Method is designed as a virtual service, with the option to add an in-person consultation when beneficial to your project and available in your location.
Do you work with clients outside of Toronto or Canada?
Yes. The Align Method is offered virtually, allowing me to work with clients across Canada and internationally. Full-service interior design is also available for projects outside of the GTA, with travel and on-site requirements tailored to the location and scope of the project.
Can you work with my existing builder, contractor, or trades?
Depending on the project, I can collaborate with your existing team or recommend trusted builders, contractors, and trades where appropriate. We’ll discuss your project and the best approach during the Discovery Call.
What if my project needs more support than what's included in my virtual package?
Each Align Method package includes a set amount of dedicated design time, and what can be covered will depend on the size and complexity of your project. If additional support would benefit your project, I can recommend added design time, enhancements, or a different level of service.

She is assiduous and has a meticulous attention to detail, and is extremely responsive. The scope of this work involved entire redesign of home including kitchen, extensive millwork throughout the rooms, closets including a “showcase closet” that took up a bedroom.
